Location, room, service, pool, Gym, breakfast were all top notch.

Slow elevators without air conditioning. And the one dinner that we had at the hotel was only fair (thoughbthe desserts were great!).

I think they’ve nailed Israeli expectations but there’s work to be done to reach international standards at a $1000 plus

- The photos of the hotel match reality- I read they spent 150mil shekels on the renno and they’ve done a great job - The infinity pool is beautiful - location is convenient to town albeit a very steep heel, if you’re inclined to visit - they really try to keep the place clean -ֶ the spa was great, we had two massages by seperate masseuses and both were great. My experience with hotel masseuses hasn’t been amazing but this was a definite win - my kids loved the buffet breakfast

- the staff aren’t amazing, the level of housekeeping was really average. Having said that, a few individual staff members were great - an absolute deal breaker for me was the lack of Lunch service (especially when you have kids and it’s +40 degrees) Day one- only kids schnitzel and chips were available when we arrived at 1pm, despite a pool menu on display. Then day 3 the cook at the pool bar didn’t show up so ‘maybe there would be lunch at 1.30’. (Day 2 we ate at Arthur’s cafe highly reccomend) -

Beautiful new hotel, spacious room and comfortable beds. Walking distance to the promenade.

Beautiful new hotel and very close to the promenade. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the building was beautiful; a combination of an old historic building with new architecture.

Staff didn't seem knowledgable about downtown area and disappointed that we couldn't use the pool as they required a lifeguard on duty and the hours were limited. I would have loved to swam laps in the morning. Also, Booking.com room rate was misleading. We ended up paying almost 3 times more than we expected.

Good position for sightseeing, rooms were modern and comfortable, breakfast was great!

The breakfast was fabulous. The hotel rooms were lovely and clean. Overall a very comfortable stay

The check in system was awful with a long wait. The staff were very unhelpful and didn't seem to be trained in how to check in guests. We noticed the next day that the queue at the front desk was still long, and guests were frustrated.

Very pleasant stay would definitely come again.

Everything was very nice, good breakfast and fantastic restaurant. The staff were really pleasent. Some of the rooms have a breath taking view of the Kineret. Close to everything.

Every time we needed to use the elevator it took several minutes to get to our floor (5th) and I assume it was the same for everyone else. Parking wasn't great, we had to park down the block, so pack lightly.

La chambre spacieuse et claire. Hôtel beau et propre. Une vue magnifique. Personnel accueillant et gentil Petit déjeuner très bon.

La piscine était froide malgré le soleil qui tapait donc on n'a pas pu en profiter mais on s'y est détendu en profitant de ce panorama exceptionnel.
